Established in 1984, Werner-Nugent Plumbing, Inc. (WNPI) is a full-service licensed union plumbing contractor based in the south suburbs with a service radius of 30 miles from Downtown Chicago.
Since WNPI’s inception, we have established ourselves as a problem-solving company skilled in working in occupied spaces/buildings including restaurants, nursing homes, hospitals, hotels and high-rise residences. We understand the complexity of working in buildings where any disruption substantially impacts customer service. We also understand that cleanliness, respect and courtesy are as important as the quality of the work. We take great pride in our work, but even greater pride in the long-term relationships we build with everyone involved in our projects – especially the end-user.
Our Commitment to Excellence
Our extensive training and experience in service, repairs, remodeling and new construction allowed the development of a mid-sized company whose expertise is problem analysis and resolution in respect to all aspects of plumbing systems. We have the capability and expertise to perform all aspects of plumbing from new construction to renovations, remodeling, tenant build-outs, maintenance and repairs. We are regularly referred to by Architects and Engineers including ESD, WT Engineering, MRSA Architects and Lieberman and Assoc.
Our goal in problem analysis is to clearly identify the condition, map out all possible solutions in detail and provide the customer with solutions that provide measurable results. We strive to educate our customer so they may better understand the situation and, therefore, evaluate more effectively the cost of short-term vs. long-term options – ultimately, making cost effective, yet strategic decisions to reduce overall maintenance and repair costs.
